On Free Speech & Hate Speech
Once again, perusing Twitter and hearing the same old indoctrinated beliefs of recent times, I thought it necessary to respond. Here we go.
The “misled” says:
“Thinking that your freedom of speech outweighs the dignity and safety of others isn’t really freedom. Your freedom of speech ends when hatred is spread and dignity of others is violated.. Your freedom to swing your arm ends when your hand hits my face.”
My response:
There are “slander and libel” laws for such matters. It doesn’t change your right to freedom of expression. Freedom of expression does not ever end. Once you allow a governing body to control your expression you live without liberty.
The people of this world are being taught to be “snowflakes” because it serves a purpose for a Marxist Takeover.
There is a difference between “the arm hitting your face” and your “feelings being hurt”.
One is assault (ie, a physical attack, or the threat of a physical attack). The other is “you mentally processing the world around you”. The latter is your own responsibility. It always has been and always will be… in a sane world.
It truly would be an insane world if everyone was melting down 24/7 like little children.
Crying,
“Mom!!! Tommy said I’m stupid!
Dad!!! Billie told me I’m fat!
Mom!!! Tommy hurt my feelings!”
“Big Brother Government!!! Tammy misgendered me!”
“Big Brother!!! Johnny made me feel bad because I am wider than him!”
“Big Brother!!! Sandra called me Mother instead of Birthing Person! … wahhhhh!!!”
People of earth… get real! Understand the stupidity of this whole movement against you. You are arguing over petty nonsense, while a corporate/government establishment is;
- taking away your infrastructure,
- taking away your ability to travel,
- taking away your health,
- taking away your wealth and inevitably your property,
…
In other words, taking away your RIGHT TO LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.
It is time to stand up and boldly DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
It starts with YOU.
