An explanation of 432 Hz tuning. This is a misunderstood concept in the  music and meditation communities. Many believe that we are talking about  specifically exposing you to the one frequency, 432 Hz. But, it is  actually about tuning instruments in such a way, that many beneficial  frequencies are available and broadcasted.
