Gars World, PMA, herein known as (“GW”) is a Private Membership Association that is dedicated to providing entertainment and educational content with moral values. As a Private Membership Association, GW creates documentaries, music videos, podcasts, text articles, and other forms of media for its membership and the general public (the free and sovereign people of Earth). GW uses all forms of media and all available tools to create and share such content.
GW declares one of our primary objectives is to maintain and improve the civil rights, constitutional guarantees, and political freedoms of every member throughout the world who chooses to participate in our Private Membership Association.
- We believe the First Amendment of the organic Constitution for the United States of America (the republic) guarantees our members the right to free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together (in person or cyberspace) for the lawful purpose of creating and sharing content by asserting our rights under the federal and state constitutions and statutes. We further believe that;
- The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as sanctioned by the United Nations, guarantees our members the right to free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of creating and sharing content. We are asserting our rights under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
It is hereby declared that we, as a Private Membership Association, are exercising our right of “freedom of assembly” as guaranteed by both the 1st and 14th amendments of the organic Constitution for the united States of America and the two Statutory Corporate Constitutions of the United States of America and the equivalent provisions of the various state declarations and the Declaration of Human Rights. This means any activities through or within GW are restricted to that of the private domain only.
Further, the creation and/or consumption of any and all media is also of my own free will and is considered an act of exercising my constitutional rights.
Lifetime membership is free. Members may provide each other subscriptions to services, sell their media products, or services outright or through any other medium of exchange desired by the involved members.
I, herein known as (“MEMBER”) enter into this Agreement of my own free will, for myself, or on behalf of my dependent minor, or as a permanent caretaker of an incapacitated person for whom I am legally responsible.
I, MEMBER choose to establish this agreement between my person (a living man/woman/child) and GW for the express purpose of creating and sharing media and text in any and all forms.
I, MEMBER attest that my actions on this and any subsequent visit to GW offices or websites (including electronic communications) are solely on my own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any federal, state, or local agency, of any nation whose purpose is to regulate and/or improve products and/or services, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation. My activities within GW are considered a private matter that I refuse to share with any state or federal regulatory board of any nation, nor any government or corporate agency or entity without express written permission. GW will not release information to any party for any reason whatsoever and may not be compelled to do so, as I am in private contract with all members of this Private Member Association.
Representatives of GW who provide services, information, media, and any other content, do so as fellow members (living men and women private individuals) and not in the capacity of a professional, expert, practitioner, or any other government or corporate title.
I, MEMBER understand that an at-will educational and empowering mutual relationship exists among all members and GW.
I, MEMBER understand it is my own responsibility to consider the advice and recommendations offered to me by any of the GW team-members and to educate myself as to the efficacy, risks, and desirability of any information provided.
I, MEMBER fully agree to hold harmless any member or representative of GW with whom I communicate in any manner.
I, MEMBER assume total responsibility and liability for my actions.
I, MEMBER agree not to file a lawsuit against a fellow member of GW unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil.
I, MEMBER understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my participation at any time. If I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior towards any other team-member or other participants of this Private Member Association, my membership will be dismissed, and access to all services will cease.
This agreement is intended to establish a mutual “trust”, “relationship”, and “understanding.”
I, MEMBER recognize my subscription or donation to GW entitles me to access the lifetime benefits provided by GW, beyond those associated with the freedom of assembly, and those protections and civil rights that our Constitution and the Declaration of Human Rights provide. Membership provides full access to products, services, media, music videos, documentaries, interviews, educational information, and educational videos and messages shared by Gary-Lee: Pfeffer (the living man) personally.
I, MEMBER accept this membership agreement, without coercion in exchange for access to benefits this private membership association offers.
Pledge-Acceptance and Acknowledgement of Agreement
Your subscription or donation is considered your pledge of acceptance to the terms of this Membership Agreement.
I, MEMBER hereby acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the above-stated terms.
